Who is this service for?
Table Reads LA is designed for directors, producers, filmmakers and screenwriters who want to hear their script performed professionally before production, financing, or festival submission.
What types of scripts do you read?
We host reads for feature films, pilots, and limited series. Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing page count, cast size, and scheduling needs.
Do you host short film table reads?
Yes. Short films are programmed into curated multi-project table read events, held monthly or semi-monthly. Availability is limited—please inquire for upcoming dates.
Are the actors professional?
Yes. All reads feature experienced professional actors, both SAG-AFTRA and non-union, selected based on your characters and tone.
Is the session recorded?
Audio recording is included or available as an add-on, depending on the package. Files are delivered within 24 hours unless otherwise noted.
How does feedback work?
You're welcome to guide the room during the read. Optional moderated feedback or post-read discussion is available if requested in advance.
Where do the table reads take place?
All sessions are in person in Los Angeles at a private, quiet location designed for focused listening.
How do I book a session?
Submit a request through the form with your script details. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.
Is my script kept confidential?
Absolutely. Your material is treated as private and confidential.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Once confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, as studio time and actors are reserved in advance. Rescheduling within 72 hours cannot be guaranteed.
